Potato Pakore Recipe

we all love eating pakoras which are prepared instantly and easily. Make pakoras during rainy season or when you have guest arriving at your place.These pakoras are prepared from numerous of things like cauliflower, brinjal, paneer, onion and so on.
Potato - 2 Medium Size
Gram flour - 1 cup
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chili paste - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Peel the potatoes and cut the potatoes in thin round pieces.
To Prepare the batter, mix the gram flour with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chili paste and salt. Add sufficient water and mix well. To make a batter of coating consistency.
Heat sufficient oil in a pan; dip each piece of potato into the batter and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
