Egg Noodles is a yummy chinese recipe made in indian style using locally available ingredients. Include egg and vegetable to add nutrition into the recipe.This Indo-Chinese recipe is hugely popular across India and has found its place as a major street food. It is very easy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients:-

  • Plain noodles - 1 Packet
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum  - 1/2 cup (finely chopped) 
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • egg -2
  • Dark soya souce - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder -1/2
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • ajinomoto - /2 tsp

Methods:-

  • First of all boil water, salt, little oil and  noodles. Let it boil for 3-4 mins till cooked. Drain and keep aside.
  • Put Oil in a pan, then break the egg and add it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Scramble it well, till the egg is completely cooked.
  • Entire recipes should be cooked on high flame.
  • Add cabbage, capsicum,  and carrot. Saute them for 1-2 minute. then Add salt, chilli powder, pepper and ajinomoto. Mix it well.
  • Then add dark soya souce and vinegar. Mix it well.
  • Add noodle, toss the nodles for 2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and serve hot!
