Roti, Chapati (Bread in india) Recipe

Wheat Flour - 2 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
We have taken 2 cup flour in a big bowl. Add Salt and Oil in the flour. Mix well.
Add 1/2 of the water into the flour. Mix it Properly. Add little more water again and mix it. knead it for 2 minutes. Leave it for 15 minutes, you may use it immediately.
Take small portion of dough and roll it into ball.Dust it with little plain flour.Roll it with rolling pin, sprinkle little flour again and roll it again into chapati. Make all the roti/chapati in the same way.
Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame. Place the roti on tawa. cook it for 3-4 seconds, flip it. Now cook the other side properly.Press the edges with cotton kitchen towel. flip it and press the edges of other side.Roti is ready, take out in a plate. Make all the roti/chapati in the same way. Best serve warm.
If the tawa is too hot, reduce the flame to medium. Place the roti on tawa. cook it for 3-4 seconds, flip it. Now cook the other side properly.Remove the half cooked roti from the tawa and place it directly on gas stove flame. Remove it carefully.Take out roti in a plate.Make all the roti/chapati in the same way.
