Ingredients:

  • Oats - 1 Cup
  • Water - 2 Cups
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • date - 2 tsp (cut of small pieces)
  • Banana - 1 (cut of round shape)
  • Honey - 1 tsp

Methods:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine  2 cups water and 1 cup oats, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low, covered for 5 minutes.
