Ingredients:-


  • Thick Curd (Dahi) (Hung Curd) - 1 Cup
  • Brown Bread Or White Bread - 6 Slices
  • Onion - 1 large (finely chopped)
  • Carrot - 2 (grated carrots)
  • Tomato - 1 large (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper (kali mirch) - 1 small tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil


Methods:


  • Tie curd in a cloth and hung it on a vessel, keeping the cloth little above from the bottom so that the water drains out to the vessel. After this, you will get thick hung curd ready.
  • Take a big bowl. Add Curd, onion, carrot,tomato, black pepper and salt.
  • Mix them all together. keep aside. Turn on the flame and let the tawa heat sufficiently.
  • Top up the stuffing over a bread slice and spread it. 
  • Cover the stuffing with another bread slice.
  • Now some oil over the tawa and spread it evenly.
  • Place the sandwich over the tawa to roast. Flip the sides of sandwich when it turn brown from beneath and let it roast from the other side as well until it gets golden brown.
  • When the sandwiches turn golden brown from both sides, transfer them out in a plate and turn off the flame.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
