Roti, Chapati (Bread in India) Recipe

Wheat Flour - 2 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
We have taken 2 cup flour in a big bowl. Add Salt and Oil in the flour. Mix well.
Add 1/2 of the water into the flour. Mix it Properly. Add little more water again and mix it. knead it for 2 minutes. Leave it for 15 minutes, you may use it immediately.
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into ball. Dust it with little plain flour. Roll it with a rolling pin, sprinkle little flour again and roll it again into chapati. Make all the roti/chapati in the same way.
Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame. Place the roti on tawa. cook it for 3-4 seconds, flip it. Now cook the other side properly.Press the edges with a cotton kitchen towel. flip it and press the edges of other side. Roti is ready, take out in a plate. Make all the roti/chapati in the same way. Best serve warm.
If the tawa is too hot, reduce the flame to medium. Place the roti on tawa. cook it for 3-4 seconds, flip it. Now cook the other side properly. Remove the half-cooked roti from the tawa and place it directly on gas stove flame. Remove it carefully.Take out roti in a plate.Make all the roti/chapati in the same way.
